Our warehouse has a complex production process to produce all garments and orders. Once an order confirmation has been sent, it is then entered into our queue. Along the production line, our warehouse has multiple stations and checkpoints set up to produce your garment. When making a change to an order this disrupts the workflow and causes delays within the production schedule.
Once an order has been placed and an order confirmation has been sent, you have 24 hours to reach out to [email protected] to inquire about cancelling your order. Inquiries past this 24-hour window are up to the discretion of our customer service team.
If you need to make a change to your order such as a size change, colour change or an address change, please let us know as quickly as possible. We can’t guarantee that this change will be made but we will try our best.
In most cases, we can add additional items to your order within a certain time frame, but this service is not guaranteed.
