How do I process a return?Updated a month ago
To start a return or exchange, visit our returns portal here and enter in your order number along with your postal code/zip code.
If your items are eligible for a return or exchange, you will be able to select the items on the next screen. If the items on the screen are greyed out / not eligible, your order may not be eligible for a return. Check out our return policy for more information here.
We allow one free return or exchange for our North American customers. For international returns, please visit our FAQ page here.
