My order is delayed. How can I track it?Updated a month ago

All orders come with carrier tracking numbers. We've seen cases where a package has been delivered to a neighbour or front desk concierge. Alternatively, please check around and see if someone else has received the package on your behalf. If a package is deemed delivered and you have not received it, please email us at [email protected]. Our team will open an investigation with the carrier and follow up. 


During peak seasons, delivery of packages can be subject to a delay outside of our control. The most up to date information will be updated with your tracking number on the courier website. We are not responsible for delays such as weather conditions, shipment centre delays, courier delays, or anything beyond our control once the package has left our warehouse.


We do not offer refunds for delayed or lost packages. Our team will provide a solution to find your package. If deemed missing - we will offer a replacement package after the courierr investigation is complete. Please note that these investigations when opened can take up to 21 business days to be rectified. Customers who purchase our P/C Package Protection will be subject to those conditions.
