My order is in transit but there's been no updates. Where is it?Updated a month ago
We completely understand the frustration of not seeing updates on your package’s tracking. Rest assured, your package is en route to you.
For International Orders: It’s currently in transit with one of our partner couriers, Shipping Chimp or DHL, and the lack of updates is because it won’t be scanned until it reaches your destination country with a final courier, such as Royal Mail or USPS. For updates, continue to check your shipping link. If you've misplaced it, please out to support - we'd be happy to send it over again.
